10. I am a 1st year mbbs student,im preparing for my university exam
    But I can't get my focus into studies i have a lot to study but im just wasting my time by scrolling or sleeping,I just don't feel alive anymore.
    I have frequent thoughts of hurting myself,and at times it becomes sexual..I sometimes have weird pleasure in hurting my external genitalia.. and it's regret is just killing me..I am in dire need of a support from jesus and I can't so it alone.

My mum Glenda had her birthday yesterday but her mental health is bad; she is messed up; she refused to open her gifts until today (but some of them).
